With wedding planning services you will have consistent access to Shannon and our online planning system, Aisle Planner. This system is completely customized to your wedding and includes a comprehensive planning checklist, vendor recommendations, a resource-rich design suite, and even budgeting tools. We guide you step by step through the planning process, taking on the legwork so you don't have to. Monthly check-in calls keep us on track, helping you feel confident that nothing is slipping through the cracks.
Working alongside your vendor team, we create a suite of documents to help ensure your wedding day feels seamless and effortless. From a detailed timeline to transportation plans and a ceremony detail sheet - we ensure every detail is covered. There's even a modified family and friends timeline to make sure everyone is where they need to be, on time.
When the big day is finally here, we will guide you through your rehearsal and oversee every aspect of your wedding day so you and your families can relax and enjoy every moment. Whether you're freshly engaged or have a few vendors locked down, we can jump in wherever you're at.

During our work together, we’ll review your vendor contracts and planning documents, and offer timely advice on any questions you're facing. 3-4 in-depth planning meetings are scheduled at key points in the planning process to keep us in touch and on track. We create a comprehensive timeline based on your planning which we share with your vendor team. In the few weeks leading up to your wedding we handle all vendor confirmations and any last-minute concerns.
When the big day is finally here, we will guide you through your rehearsal and manage every aspect of your wedding day.
We blend the magical with the practical to give you an experience that goes beyond "made for Instagram" and actually feels like the best day of your life. We know that doesn't look the same for everyone, our work spans from black-tie traditional to backyard garden party - and everything in between. Though our expertise covers a wide variety of venues, budgets, and backgrounds - all of our work is rooted in sound logistics, great vendor relationships, and a dedication to caring support and sound guidance every step of the way.

Once the technical details are settled, you'll receive a comprehensive questionnaire that will give us important details + background information. We build a personalized online planning suite with our professional wedding planning software to get ourselves organized for the months ahead. With access to your custom portal, you'll also receive our detailed recommended vendor list, a library of helpful planning notes, and a roadmap for the planning journey ahead. Let's do this!
